Narelle has been engaged with embodied dance and movement practices for over 40 years (see Articles). Whilst her Yoga practice and teaching is strongly sourced within her formal training in the Iyengar method with senior Iyengar teacher Alan Goode, the work of Donna Farhi (Advanced Yoga Studies certificate 2005) and Diane Long (Scaravelli yoga) influences her practice profoundly.
