Private sessions offer you an opportunity to refine your practice specifically for yourself.They enable you to make a beginning if new to yoga, to explore the experience of physical movement and change, to make a commitment to what is possible!
Narelle specialises in working with Yoga and Scoliosis; individual sessions are an ideal way to work in a highly specific and tailored manner within this physicality. A home practice will be created for you to work with through the week, enabling you to befriend, expand and positively change your experience of your back!

Throughout August, Narelle will be travelling to San Francisco, working with Elise Browning Miller, Peggy Hackney and Martha Eddy. During this time she will be furthering her Professional Development and research in yoga and scoliosis, Laban Movement Analysis, and Body Mind Centering (Experiential Anatomy).
During September she is attending a Spinal intensive retreat with renowned Physiotherapist, Sarah Key.
